These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for all transactions between our company and clients in the garment manufacturing sector. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with the following provisions.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of our garment manufacturing and sales services, including design, production, customization, and delivery.
1.2. By engaging with our services, clients acknowledge their acceptance of these terms and are bound by their provisions.
1.3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published and take immediate effect.
1.4. All disputes arising from these terms will be governed by Indian law and adjudicated in the courts of India.
2. Scope of Services
2.1. Our company specializes in the manufacturing of high-quality garments for various markets, including casual wear, formal wear, sportswear, and custom-designed apparel.
2.2. We provide a range of services, including fabric selection, pattern creation, stitching, embroidery, dyeing, and finishing.
2.3. Clients may choose from our existing designs or collaborate with us on bespoke creations tailored to their specifications.
2.4. Bulk orders, wholesale partnerships, and private-label manufacturing are available, subject to specific agreements.
2.5. We ensure compliance with ethical and sustainable manufacturing practices, including fair labor conditions and environmentally responsible sourcing.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. All prices are determined based on garment type, order volume, customization requirements, and delivery location.
3.2. A detailed quotation will be provided to clients, including costs for materials, labor, shipping, and applicable taxes.
3.3. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of confirmation. The balance must be cleared before dispatch.
3.4. Payments can be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or an agreed-upon currency. Accepted methods include bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and digital payment systems.
3.5. Late payments may incur additional charges, and persistent delays may result in order cancellation or suspension of services.
4. Order Process and Customization
4.1. Clients must provide complete and accurate details regarding their requirements, including sizes, designs, materials, and quantities.
4.2. Orders are subject to availability of materials and production capacity. Clients will be informed of any constraints or delays.
4.3. Customization requests, such as branding, logos, or unique patterns, must be clearly communicated and approved before production begins.
4.4. Changes to orders after confirmation may incur additional charges and extend delivery timelines.
4.5. We will provide estimated timelines for production and delivery. While we strive to adhere to these schedules, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, which will be communicated promptly.
5. Quality Assurance and Warranty
5.1. Our garments undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations.
5.2. Slight variations in color, texture, or measurements may occur due to the nature of materials and production processes.
5.3. Clients must inspect delivered items upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies within 7 days.
5.4. We offer warranties for manufacturing defects but do not cover issues caused by improper use, washing, or storage.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. We provide domestic and international shipping services, with costs and timelines varying based on the destination and courier options.
6.2. Delivery dates will be communicated during order confirmation. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or logistical issues, will be handled with alternative solutions where possible.
6.3. Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
6.4. Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon dispatch. Clients are encouraged to opt for insurance for valuable shipments.
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1. Customized garments are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they have manufacturing defects or do not match the agreed specifications.
7.2. For non-customized items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
7.3. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Cancellations after this period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7.4. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days after confirmation of return or cancellation.
8. Client Responsibilities
8.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications for their orders.
8.2. Proper care and maintenance of garments, as detailed in the care instructions, are essential to ensure product longevity.
8.3. Any misuse, unauthorized alterations, or failure to adhere to care guidelines will void warranties and limit liability on our part.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All designs, patterns, and processes created by our company remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.2. Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing our proprietary designs without prior consent.
9.3. Custom designs provided by clients must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. Clients assume full responsibility for ensuring compliance.
10. Privacy and Confidentiality
10.1. Client information, including design specifications and personal data, will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
10.2. We will not share client data with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

11. Force Majeure
11.1. We are not liable for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. Our liability is limited to the value of the products and services provided under the agreed terms.
12.2. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
12.3. Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of our garments or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
